We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your saltwater fishing gear ships.

Standard Shipping (Recommended):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Cost: $12.95 USD
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
Free Shipping:
- Available for orders over $50 USD
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times may vary for international destinations. We currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our saltwater fishing gear like we stand behind our casts. If you’re not completely satisfied, our straightforward returns process ensures you can shop with confidence.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Unused and in resalable condition
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
To protect all anglers, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used terminal tackle (hooks, swivels, or other consumable items from our Saltwater Terminal Tackle category)
- Customized fishing rods (special orders from our Saltwater Rods & Poles section)
- Clearance sale items (marked as final sale)
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return your saltwater fishing gear:

- Package your item securely in the original packaging with all included accessories
- Ship your return to our address (provided in your return authorization email) using a trackable shipping method
- Wait for processing – we’ll inspect your return and process your refund within 3-5 business days of receipt
Return Shipping Options
You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend:
- DHL/FedEx for fastest return processing (similar to our standard shipping)
- EMS for cost-effective international returns
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Bank processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges of saltwater fishing gear:

- Include a note specifying your desired replacement item from our saltwater fishing collection
- We’ll ship your new item once we process the return (additional charges may apply for price differences)
